1. Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
If you live outside the United States and would like to be notified when we expand, please email us at yilian.global.official@gmail.com — we'd love to let you know.
2. Free Shipping — Always
Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
No codes. No hidden fees. Just free delivery to your door.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
4. Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.
5. Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the real-time status of your delivery on the carrier's website.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at yilian.global.official@gmail.com.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you entered the wrong address, email us immediately at yilian.global.official@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the carrier directly
- Email us — we will help where we can, including providing proof of delivery
8. Shipping Delays
While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- High-volume seasons (holidays, sales events)
- Customs or other logistical issues
