Refund policy

Our Promise

At OROZAA Global Official, we want you to love your socks. But we also understand that sometimes things don't work out — the fit isn't quite right, the color looks different in person, or you simply changed your mind.

That's why we offer a 10-day return policy for most orders. Here's how it works.

 

10-Day Return Window

You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Example: If your package arrives on June 1st, you must contact us by June 11th.

 

What Can Be Returned?

You can return items for any reason — including:

- Wrong size
- Didn't like the color
- Changed your mind
- Ordered by mistake

However, we can only accept returns if the socks are:

- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of any stains, odors, or pet hair
- Still in original packaging (or neatly folded)

 

What Cannot Be Returned?

We cannot accept returns for items that have been unpackaged and worn, even just to try on. Once the seal is broken and the socks have touched bare feet, they cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

Non-returnable items include:

- Socks that have been worn (even indoors)
- Socks that have been washed
- Items with visible wear, pulls, or damage caused by the customer
- Any item not in its original condition

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately — that situation is handled separately (see below).

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at:

Please include in your email:

1. Order number
2. Item(s) you wish to return
3. Reason for return
4. Photo of the item in its current condition (helps us process faster)

We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and any additional instructions.

 

Return Shipping

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. OROZAA Global Official is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

1. Notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days
2. Approve refunds for the product price only (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
3. Process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Refund timing depends on your bank or credit card issuer. If you haven't received the refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

 

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective product (holes, loose threads, manufacturing flaws) or the wrong item, please email us within 10 days of delivery.

We will:
- Send you a free replacement
- Or issue a full refund including shipping

No need to return defective items unless we ask (we rarely do — we trust you).
